I don't know where this song/poem is from, or who sings it, or what it sounds like, or why part is in Spanish. I just like the words. Because it has horses. And I like the second verse.
One more drink tonight,
Let your gray stallion rest
Where he lays in the reins
From all of the speed and strength he gave.
One more kiss tonight,
From some tall stable girl,
She's like grace from the earth,
When you're all tuckered out and tame.
Nunca pense que jamas
Tener la oportunidad de reencontrar el camino de nuevo
Para formar un mundo mejor.
One more tired thing,
A grey moon on the rise
When your want in the day
Makes you curse in your sleep at night.
With one more gift to bring,
We may well feed you,
Laid like your steed in his reins,
Tangled too tight and too long to fight.
What little content I have all pertains to Tommy, and how great it is, and how you should all come see it. NOW.
